Cala d'en Marçal
CALA D'EN MARÇAL
Cala d’en Marçal, also known as Caló d’en Marçal, is a large white sand and rocky beach. It is 100 m wide and 150 m long.
It is formed by a natural coastal inlet that widens when getting closer to the shore, at the mouth of a torrent. It has crystal clear waters and is well protected from the waves.
It is surrounded by low wooded cliffs and around the beach, sharing space with the scrubland, stand tall pine trees providing pleasant shade.
While the left side of the bay looks rather unspoilt, a boardwalk runs along the right side. It is slightly higher and, as a result, offers magnificent views over the beach and the entire bay.
There is parking for a few cars near the beach.
