Also known as Caló de Sa Barca Trencada.
It is a beach of fine white sand, located on the Migjorn coast of Mallorca. It is surrounded by Mallorcan pines, scrubland, old holm oaks, a natural wonder thanks to its natural landscape and crystal clear turquoise water.
This rocky accident is divided into two bathing areas. The left is a rocky area and the right is a small beach of fine sand, with a long sandy beach and many pine trees distributed among small mounds in the center of it. The sandy area is long and has natural shade, thanks to the huge pine trees located at the back of it, which invites you to lie down in the shade and is welcome to rest from the sun.
The beach can be exposed to winds from the southwest-west. Its length is about 35 m and its width is around 25 m.
There is a free parking area near the beach.
Near the beach, following the coastal walk, we can reach Punta des Savinar, and if we walk a bit further, we will reach Cala Figuera. If we wander along the rural or coastal paths that lead us to Punta des Savinar we can see some specimen of land tortoises.
We recommend you check the news or changes about it in the Santanyí town hall to which it belongs.
